Please book your first appointment at least a few days out, and you will automatically receive an email with a link to verify your insurance, and just fill out the form.

Please reach out to us if you would like to know your acupuncture benefits before your appointment, so you can decide; especially if you booked your appointment a week in advance or more. For same day or next day appointments you may have to pay upfront, but we will credit or adjust it if you have coverage.

Insurance generally only covers headache, neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, nausea, TMDD, post-operative dental pain, and several other chronic or pain management conditions. Please note that Fertility, Hormone Regulation, Autoimmune, Digestion, Specialty Acupuncture, and more are extra. Follow ups are just the regular copay price.
